Specialty areas include helping sellers and buyers in active adult - over 55 communities and gated, golf communities in Williamsburg and the surrounding areas. Earning the Certified Luxury Marketing Specialist designation, I work in the luxury market arena listing and selling high end homes. I am a member of the Williamsburg Area Association of Realtors (WAAR) REIN, (Real Estate Information Network serving Hampton Roads and Virginia Beach) and Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of Realtors (CBRAR) which also serves the Richmond area.
