Founded in 1998 by Retired Air force Colonel Jerry Richards and his partner Larry Fowler, RE/MAX Capital has been in the city of Williamsburg for 22 years. One of the early agents, Bobby Jankovic, purchased the company from the retiring owners in 2015. Since that time the office has continued to expand with a thriving mission to engage, empower and elevate Realtors and their clients. Our office is very active in the community, each year supporting and sponsoring local food banks FISH and Grove, the Fraternal Order of Police Shop with a Cop programs, and also the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughter in Norfolk.
