About Me
When I was an Architect student I supported myself as a receptionist for RE/MAX. The
rest was history. I love homes, love making the deals and love educating people on the
largest purchase they probably will ever make in their lives.
When I earned my license as a Real Estate Agent in 1990 contracts were only 2 pages
long, very few disclosures were required from sellers, homes were listed for a year and
an offer was driven to the seller's agent a day or two after writing it up.
Fast forward to now...purchase contracts are now 10 pages, so many more disclosures, homes
sell in weeks if not days, and everybody wants everything received NOW. A buyer/seller has a
lot of information to understand in a short amount of time.
Because of these fast paced times, most agents don't take the time to learn all the legal
terms and processes necessary. I admit that I don't know everything (my friends are
always shocked when I say this) but I try. I love knowledge and sharing it (no, I'm not
that one at the party to avoid...really). I am certified to train other agents and I am
always reading up on interesting subjects, so I know a bit of stuff.
I am a jack-of-all trades, just can't get enough of this thing called Life I guess! I have
chickens, I have sons, I love to cook, Art is my passion and I am pretty handy around
the house. My client's referrals of their friends and family keep me working while
adding to my sphere of good friends. Hope I can add you soon!
