About Me
With my Bachelors in Communication and Public relations I entered the real estate realm at an early age assisting investors navigate property management in Sanibel and Captiva, where I specialized in luxury waterfront condos and homes. These early experiences at Royal Shell cultivated my skills in home staging, property valuation, and effective client communication to meet return on investment goals.
My journey took a significant turn when I was promoted to director of marketing and client relations for all of Southwest Florida. I gained experience in running paid advertisements, blogging for listings, and insights into captivating photography and videography techniques.
Motivated by challenges, especially during the complexities of the COVID era, I made the move to South Florida and delved into the world of ultra-luxury smart home automation & audio/visual. I dedicated three years serving as director of marketing and client relations till I was promoted to head of business development. Not only did I cultivate amazing relationships with my clients while delivering them custom tailored Smart home solutions for their luxury homes, I witnessed the tremendous increase in value these upgrades delivered when done properly. With my early background and further experience in advanced home technology, I naturally transitioned into real estate, focusing on the ultra luxury space. Since I already knew the ins and outs of these large homes on a micro level I was able to provide my clients with valuable information on their investments.
Infused with a passion for marketing, I find joy in narrating unique real estate stories, particularly through video marketing. Through these I help clients spotlight often-overlooked aspects of their ultra-luxury homes when it comes time to sell, and live showcase to buyers how these in depth features simplify their home and bring resort-style living into daily experiences.
