Ever since a very young age, I had a very unusual, unexplained interest in real estate. As an adult, I ventured into the legal field as an administrator for a law firm for fifteen years. That experience provided me with a very broad education regarding legal contracts and client relations. During those years, I began to personally dabble in real estate. I bought and sold various homes in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey which proved to be very profitable. In early 2000, I obtained my PA Real Estate license and within the first year, I found my way to the "President's Club". In real estate terms that equates to a top producer. Year after year, I continued to be a top producer and I was told that only 5% of realtors have a natural ability in this field.
I truly believe that my success is solely because I absolutely LOVE what I do and treat every transaction as if it were my own purchase or sale. My second love is in home interior design. This is an integral part of what has helped me become the "Listing Agent", I am known to be. I know what a seller needs to do, at a very low cost, to obtain top dollar for their home. When it comes to buyers, I use laser focus to find the perfect home and use my "know-how" to negotiate the offer price and terms of the agreement.
I am licensed and practice primarily in Florida but am also licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. My familiarity and knowledge of real estate has been very beneficial to many of our clients.
I am currently considered to be a top performer and have successfully transacted well over $250 million in real estate.
