A former Marine, Lars Olsen knows a thing or two about service. Lars believes it is his calling to help others, and he will do whatever it takes to make sure his clients receive the highest level of care. With his disciplined and professional approach to business, buyers and sellers can rest assured that every aspect of their transaction is in his very capable hands. A genuine "people person", Lars often says, "There are no strangers, only friends I haven't yet met." His easy and personable manner is invaluable in helping clients navigate through the often stressful process of buying or selling a home. An exceptional negotiator, Lars is gifted at getting his clients what they want while operating with the highest standards of integrity. When you work with Lars you get a special combination of honesty, knowledge and warmth that is rare indeed. Lars' path to the Tri-Cities was an interesting one. After eight years as a jet engine mechanic in the Marine Corp, Lars headed to college in Illinois where, in addition to getting a degree in psychology, he also became a college All-American golfer. The head golf pro at Horn Rapids in Richland called looking for an assistant pro, and the Tri-Cities became Lars' home. Prior to launching his real estate career, Lars worked as a golf pro at both Horn Rapids and Canyon Lakes in Kennewick. He also spent a number of years managing security at Hanford. In his spare time (when he's not sneaking off to play a few holes), Lars enjoys exploring the wonders of Eastern Washington with his wife Brenda.
