Kristina has spent years in the real estate industry doing what she refers to as "poor people work for rich people" in her Linkedin profile. Witty, yet professional, she has years of experience negotiating contracts on behalf of a group of local private investors. She is a proud Fire wife, Mother of six & Meme to a sweet grandson. Kristina is a workhorse who jokingly attributes her never ending energy to ADHD. She is quick to quip that selling your property will be the easiest thing she does in a day!
Kristina is a motivated problem solver, she prides herself on having that "figure it out" super power (a strength she attributes to two decades of momming!) She comes to the real estate world with not only a renowned team supporting her, but also 50+ years of combined experience mentoring her in both commercial and residential real estate. Kristina has grown up in the SWFL area, she uses her deep connections, eye for quality, as well as value, to help facilitate the smoothest real estate experience possible from contract to closing. Today more than ever, buying or selling property in SWFL can be a very daunting task. Kristina has the experience and fortitude to make the process less stressful and more enjoyable for her clients.
In her free time, Kristina enjoys cheering on her kids from various sidelines, grandbaby snuggles, boating and rollercoasters.
