About Me
Kristen is a Texas native, born and raised in San Antonio. She grew up in San Antonio and then moved to San Angelo, Tx for college. She played volleyball in college and met her husband, Michael Daniell, a football player at Angelo State University. After college they moved back to San Antonio and got married in 2006. Kristen worked as a teacher/coach in San Antonio NISD for 12 years. She began real estate in 2011 and found her true passion! Over the years they would often travel to Port Aransas to visit family and enjoyed exploring all the coastal areas! They love fishing, boating, & going to the beach. In 2015 their daughter, Presley, was born and they welcomed their son, Jackson, in 2018. They love the coast so much they decided to buy investment beach cottages in Port Lavaca & Rockport! Kristen enjoys using the homes as short term rentals & flipping homes. Kristen and Michael decided to raise their children in Rockport-Fulton because of the relaxed environment, wonderful schools, and friendly people!

She has sold everything from condos, garden homes, custom homes, luxury homes, investment properties, waterfront properties, new construction, vacation homes, and 1031 exchanges. Kristen has years of experience in assisting military, relocation company transfers, & out of state buyers/sellers complete transactions, many times this was done site unseen! Kristen focuses on protecting her clients and their best interest. Kristen’s passion is helping other people succeed.
