Kim was born and raised in Wells, Maine and has lived here for 25+ years. After living in Colorado for a number of years, she returned to her roots in southern Maine in the summer of 2013; needing to be closer to family and to give her children a simpler lifestyle. Kim’s philosophy: when you are raised near the ocean, it’s in your soul.
Kim has always had a passion for real estate. She has a real love for people and making long lasting relationships, which is carried over into her real estate career. Kim has in-depth knowledge of the local housing market and community. Kim understands that providing the very best service requires putting her clients first. In her free time, Kim enjoys going on adventures with her children, walking the beach and finding treasures, hiking, paddle boarding, and creating crafts with the unique treasures found on the beach.
