Born in the old St. Peter’s hospital on the westside of Olympia and raised in Tumwater, Lacey and Olympia, Kim has decades of insider knowledge of this area that she is eager to share with you. Her passion for real estate was ignited when buying her first home in SE Olympia near Ward Lake, which inspired over a decade providing top Olympia agents with specialized home listing services, including innovative creative marketing, real estate photography and downsizing/liquidation services. She even started a successful home staging business with family before joining RE/MAX as a full-time Realtor®. After careers in management at Nordstrom and a decade in veterinary medicine, Kim chose to raise a family with her husband, Russ in Olympia.
