About Me
I'm Ken Henderson, a full time Realtor with RE/MAX Regency Realty. I originally obtained my Real Estate License in July of 2003, and practiced nearly a decade before pausing as the housing market struggled. During that time I sold homes part time through a number of Real Estate companies. In September of 2022, as I approached retirement from the Postal Service, I recommitted to my passion for being a part of the real estate process by taking the necessary steps to reactivate my Real Estate License.
My number one goal in Real Estate is to help people to obtain one of human being's most basic needs: the need of shelter. I needed a goal that I could achieve within every Real Estate transaction, regardless of the party I'm representing.
What sets me apart from many Real Estate Agents is my desire to truly understand the agreement of sale as well as the supporting documentation that go along with it. I want my clients to know and to understand every part of the process. I want them to have no regrets when they choose Ken Henderson as their Realtor.
