WILL YOU RETURN MY CALLS AND EMAILS? Yes. Without question. I realize this is one of the major frustrations the general public has with dealing with agents. I get dozens of calls and emails daily, and I work hard to reply as quickly as possible. I'VE MET REALTORS WHO ARE JERKS AND ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING A COMMISSION. ARE YOU THE SAME? Depends on who you ask. If you ask certain agents who have stood between my clients and their real estate goals, they'll probably say "yes". Here's what I can tell you: I'm honest and I take pride in being approachable and friendly. I am southern and sassy and not afraid to speak my mind. I believe in being myself and am loyal to family, clients, and friends. Yes I want to make a commission but that is not the only reason that I am in this business, I truly believe in finding my clients, buyers or sellers, the right deal for THEM. WHAT KIND OF TRANSACTIONS DO YOU NORMALLY HANDLE? I work with a wide variety of residential and commercial clients. ● First time homebuyers and sellers ● Relocations ● Distressed properties ● Basically anything real estate WHAT SKILLS MAKE YOU A GOOD REALTOR? ● I spent many years in the sales in the corporate world and have written blogs on sales and leadership ● Co-authored an e-book on Social Selling and Cold Call Prospecting so I know how to use Social Media and Cold Calling to help my clients reach their goals ● Active listening - this helps me to understand my clients needs and motivations
