Obsessed with a growth mindset, I am always learning, challenging myself, and finding avenues that ignite passion, interest, new goals to achieve, both personally and professionally. It is my fascination with people and commitment to creating opportunities for my clients and colleagues that have been the cornerstone of my professional success. Having been licensed in 1999, my years of experience in many different markets, from the tough housing times in and around 2008 to recent spike in home values, I have extensive knowledge in a broad spectrum of local housing market conditions. Standard Sales, REO, Short Sales, Bank Owned, Probate, Foreclosures, FHA/VA/Conv/Cash to name some circumstances I have worked in. Additionally, several years of New Construction sales gives the Homebuyers I work with a distinct advantage in representation.
On the personal side, I was lucky enough to grow up in Poway. I fondly remember 4th of July parades in Rancho Bernardo and as a very young child with being chased by the ducks at Lake Poway! In 2000 my family moved to Temecula and I now live in Murrieta. The growth of this area has been incredible, the school districts are notable, many community activities, beautiful wineries and so much more. My family and friends bring me so much joy and laughter! I lead a healthy lifestyle and enjoy moderation in the best of everything! Being a Certified Yoga Instructor means an abundance of Hot Yoga is always on the menu, along with long walks, hiking, soccer. I spend a lot of time at the beach, love to travel, observe nature's beauty everywhere, read and ultimately live each day full out, enjoy the ride and leave every place better than I found it, even in a small way.
