Kate's journey in real estate was a natural evolution of her family's longstanding commitment to this profession. With her grandmother, mother, and three aunts being successful REALTORS®, Kate was exposed to the intricacies of the industry from a young age. This experience instilled in her a profound understanding of the value of hard work, integrity, and a dedication to excellence.
Complementing her real estate lineage, Kate brings a unique skill set to the table. She holds a degree in Advertising, which has proven to be a game-changer in today's competitive real estate market. Her expertise in branding, digital marketing, and market analysis allows her to effectively showcase properties, connect with buyers, and maximize exposure for her clients.
Kate is part of The Morse Team alongside her mother, Melody Morse Barousse, and her aunt, Candy Morse Modeen (Broker). In her first year of Real Estate she received the Rookie of the Year Award from RE/MAX for the State of Louisiana as well as the Rookie of the Year award from her local Real Estate Association.
