About Me
Hi there! My name is Kate Buchanan Hayes with RE/MAX Preferred. I am a full time Real Estate Agent focused in on Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery Counties including the Main Line as well as parts of Philadelphia. I have my real estate career building a referral business that I am proud of everyday! I am so grateful to have had many wonderful clients over the years that have helped me build where I am today. I have the honor of working for a brokerage with RE/MAX Preferred that has allowed me to run my own business all while providing cutting edge technology to help me navigate through each type of market and provide the ideal client experience to all buyer and seller clients of mine.
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent Real Estate professional such as integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing and tech savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network... all of which are hallmarks of how I work with my clients. That said, in my experiences as a real estate professional, I have also found that providing the very best service is essential when putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener, effective communicator, and responding quickly to client needs. My client's needs are my top priority!
