Kale is a full-time Real Estate Professional licensed in North Carolina. His current affiliation is with RE/MAX Crossroads in Lincolnton, NC where he works alongside his wife, Rachel Cartner and The Cartner Elite Team!
Kale graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and started his career in the automotive industry as a Sales Manager. With 8 years of Sales Management experience Kale learned how to inspire and motivate a high functioning sales team as well as coach/develop others to provide top notch service for their clients and perform at their highest abilities. Kale maintains a high level of results focus by implementing sales strategies to meet weekly and monthly goals. People and connections are Kale's passion, and he is trained to always go above and beyond for his clients.
