About Me
Julie Lockwood is a full-time, second-generation REALTOR® and life-long resident of the South Bay. Having been raised in South Torrance by her mother, Gloria Lockwood; a well-known Broker Associate in the South Bay since 1972; Julie grew up in the Real Estate Industry. She attended local schools and obtained her AA Degree in Childhood Education prior to the creation of The Lockwood Team. Over the past 20+ years, she has become a reputable member of the Real Estate Community and well-known Specialist among residents.
As a listing agent, Julie specializes in guiding Sellers through the home selling process. She is astute in the art of home pricing, preparation, problem-solving & negotiation. Her experience in how to get a home or property ready to sell, or “staging,” really make a difference in selling properties quickly for the best possible price. Julies understanding of market conditions, ongoing education (to keep current on the ever-changing contracts) and attention to detail are just some of the reasons for her impressive success rate.
