About Me
Julia Jade McDaniel, native of Atlanta, Georgia. I am a single mother of an amazing young man with special needs. I am the proud owner of Mz Jade Enterprises, Jade Realty LLC, Jade VIP Concierge Services. I have over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry. Jade VIP Concierge Service LLC providing White Glove Service for the new and seasonal entrepreneurial. I’m a licensed Pre-License Real Estate Instructor, the proud owner of which I understand the importance of building long lasting relationships within the industry I serve.
A committed leader who enjoys spending time educating and mentoring real estate agents and first-time home buyers. Currently I volunteer on the Atlanta Association of Realtors Education Advisory Board, Governmental & Community Affairs Committee, Training & Development Committee, ARA | Social Committee, ARA | Local Orientation Program, ARA | Gov Affairs RPAC Fundraising Committee. I’m a member of the Atlanta Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I ‘m a Certified Trio Agent and work with the NACA project. I’m an Ambassador for Sparks and am passionate about bringing awareness to the sex trafficking and trade epidemics happening here in Georgia. I am a CASA Advocate for Fulton County Children’s Court System. I’ve achieved great accomplishments and numerous awards including Rising Star 2018. My greatest career accomplishments are achieved through getting my clients to the closing table and making sure the buyer and seller are satisfied with their transaction.
Over the course of my career, I’ve mentored more than 200 agents in getting their business up and running and successfully servicing their clients. I’ve had the pleasure to instruct multiple post license courses and facilitated over 50 C E Courses.
