About Me
Josh is a Colorado native, born and raised in Aurora. After graduating from Rangeview High School he attended the Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (Marketing).
After graduation, Josh served as his dad’s licensed real estate assistant with the Tom Hohl Team helping close over 150 properties and $18M in sales over a three year period before accepting a position for a national home warranty company as the National Marketing Coordinator. Josh is a local market expert in the sale of new and existing homes in Arapahoe, Adams, Denver, Douglas and Jefferson counties.
Josh and his wife, Kristi, live in Aurora, CO with their two daughters, Maylee and Emery!
