About Me
Josh Dubois is a husband, father, and veteran. He came from a very humble upbringing, born and raised in New Hampshire. He met the girl of his dreams in his late teens and they have been together ever since! They have raised 3 beautiful daughters and are now grandparents to their eldest daughter's children! The family moved to Arizona in 2010 and stayed until 2022 once their girls were all grown and headed on their own paths. Josh and Jessica moved to a condo in North Myrtle Beach, right on the ocean! However, their Granite State roots were calling them home. They have been back in NH since January 2023 and that is when Josh decided it was time to finally follow his passion of Real Estate! They bought and sold homes many times as homeowners so he knows what it is like to be in the client's shoes, whether buying or selling. Josh's love of real estate goes back to his first home purchase in 2000, a modest little bungalow in Bedford, NH.
Having spent most of his adult life in the Customer Service industry, Josh earned his Bachelor's degree in Business from Grand Canyon University while working full time and serving in the Army National Guard. Throughout his professional life, he has always been complimented on his ability to hear his clients, understand their needs, and help guide them on what is best for them. Previously, he has been licensed in Property and Casualty insurance in all 50 States.
