About Me
Known by many in town as "Coach," John serves as head coach for three Boulder County United soccer teams, so when he isn't running open houses or showing homes, he's on the sidelines at Pleasant View Fields or traveling Colorado with his teams. Having spent his childhood as a mountain/beach hybrid in Boise, Idaho and Miami, Florida, John finally moved to Boulder in 2022 after visiting many times over the years. With a brother and cousin both attending and graduating CU Boulder, John considers himself a Buffs fan and is happy to be living near the mountains again. He occasionally drives up to A Basin for fresh powder and whenever he's missing the South Florida hurricanes of his childhood, he goes to El Dora.
With a professional background as a district sales manager and corporate recruiter, John would describe his management experience as a lot of practice in just making sure the job gets done. Solving problems and preserving his clients' peace of mind is one of John's biggest strengths. Additionally, with his decision to partner with the managing broker at Re/Max of Boulder, he gives all his clients direct access to Todd Gullette's 23 years of experience in the Boulder market.
One of John's primary motivations for getting into real estate was to be able to further appreciate Colorado. He grew up in South Florida where the highest elevation is the city dump (also known as Mount Trashmore), so everyday as a realtor in Colorado is an adventure for him. John might be the most fun person in town to go see houses with. He'll be just as excited as you are.
John is also the proud father of a 10-year-old West Virginia Brown Dog that he adopted off the side of the road in a holler in the Appalachian mountains. Her name is Monkeybear, and she's even more friendly than her dad.
