I have been a broker for over 30 years in both residential and commercial real estate in Maine and New York. I specialize in waterfront properties throughout coastal Maine from York to Bar Harbor as well as high-end condo units and family residences in Greater Portland and in the Midcoast, where I am now based in Rockland since the fall of 2023. In the commercial arena I focus on multi-families, hospitality, office sales and retail leasing in Maine. In New York I specialize in Manhattan residential and commercial markets, with significant sales in the co-op/condo, office and hospitality markets. as well as significant sales in the Hamptons on Eastern Long Island., where oceanfront listings and sales have been a specialty.
