Who are John Brannan and Kristen Palmer?
John and Kristen are a dynamic relationship-driven team.
They are Marin and Sonoma county natives with over 55+ years of combined
experience in the business. Their longevity in the local market, down-to-earth style and winning attitude generates trust with the people they serve.
It all started in 2014 after they closed a transaction together in San Rafael. John was the listing agent and Kristen represented the buyers. John and Kristen (aka JB and KP)
found their style and values complimented each other. Shortly thereafter, they joined forces and formed Brannan Realty Group. Fusing a boutique business style with the largest real estate company in the world has proven to be an unbeatable combo.
Over the years they have nurtured and developed relationships with local experts, which became the catalyst for Brannan Realty Group to be a Hub and Resource as it pertains to many facets of real estate including the buy-sell-1031exchange and property management. John and Kristen are proud to be designated SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialists) serving the active adult "55+ community" helping determine if it's time to resize, keep as investment or stay-in-place.
