Johanna is passionate for people. It brings her joy to put a smile on someone’s face. She has 30 years + of experience in customer service, finance and has excellent problem-solving skills. No project is too big or too small for her to tackle. Johanna’s interest in real estate grew while in the process of selling her parents’ home and at the same time purchasing her first home years ago. She remembers feeling happy, confused, excited, and scared all at once. Through all this she remembers the hand that held hers step by step from the beginning until the end. That feeling of great joy and accomplishment is what has motivated Johanna to pay it forward and be that person for someone else.
Johanna’s business is built on communication, dedication, and transparency. She recognizes and values the trust clients place in her and she strives every day to exceed their expectations.
When Johanna is not helping clients, she enjoys her precious time with family. She loves to explore new places and truly enjoys a quiet sit down for dinner while staring out into the sunset.
