The Good Team has been assisting Real Estate Clients with Selling, Buying, Building and Consulting since 1996 in the Lansing Michigan area. Team Leader Deb Good works as the Listing Agent and also as a Buyers Agent. Realtor Joe Udry works as a Buyers Agent. We are both passionate about serving the needs of our Clients and strongly believe in the benefits of Home Ownership. A challenging market requires Agents to be up to date and knowledgeable, so we spend time each year on education and attend seminars to keep up on whats NEW. We have the ability to guide and educate first time home buyers through a successful purchase. Our Team is referred by Realtors, clients, friends and family. Joe has over 20 Years of Account Management and is a veteran of the US Army.
