Jim has lived in The Woodlands and the surrounding areas for over 40 years and has extensive knowledge of the Houston area. Helping people buy, sell and lease Real Estate has been a full time endeavor for him for over 12 years, and has been exceedingly exciting, fun, and rewarding. He has been blessed to have been able to help guide a wide array of clients, from first time homebuyers, local and international relocations and investors, to retirees and downsizers. Expertise on properties ranges from higher density townhomes and condos, easy to maintain single family homes, all the way up to sprawling ranches and waterfront homes. Working on a small team of Two with Becky Drake, they have consistently earned some of the most prestigious awards year after year.
