About Me
I am a Maryland girl, born and bred. I grew up in Prince George’s County and spent many summers on the Eastern Shore with my family. I stumbled into real estate when I bought my first home in the Baltimore area. After getting married, we moved to Anne Arundel County, but I kept my original property as a rental. I handled all aspects, including doing most of the rehab involving tenant turnover. In addition, I have been working for a commercial property ownership business, being active in sales contracts, property management and 1031 exchanges. So, I have a good knowledge of both residential rental property as well as commercial.
