Jennifer hails as a top one percent realtor in Southwest Florida. Having moved to Punta Gorda in 2010 with her husband Philip Rispoli they fell in Love with the Lifestyle in Punta Gorda. Jennifer obtained her Realtor Sales Associate license in 2012 and Brokers license in 2016. Jennifer is a member of the PGPCNP Association of Realtors, Greater Fort Myers Board of Realtors & the Greater Greenville, SC Board of Realtors.
In 2023, Jennifer and Philip created a dual agency and opened a second office in Greenville South Carolina to expand our business.
Jennifer enjoys golfing, pickleball, boating, and spoiling her H2O pup ,Miss Lilly. Jennifer’s genuine care and unique style for servicing her clients’ needs has propelled her referral-based sales to top 1% of the market. Her husband Philip, a 45-year serial-entrepreneur and Business Development veteran received his real estate license in 2017 and brought his decades of analog to digital marketing, sales and advertising expertise to the team.
Proficient in using and deploying all areas of new social media, this small husband and wife team has handled over 190 million in real estate sales in the last 10 years. In addition, Jennifer’s 24/7/365 style exceeded each customer’s expectation and in the last (3) years the company has grown 4X by the end of 2022. Jennifer has expanded her team by adding an assistant, certified-appraiser, videographer, and digital marketer. The company produces multiple weekly video shows on real estate, has a weekly radio show on iHeart Radio and the expansion to South Carolina is already producing results.
