I have traveled and worked all over the world and when it’s all said and done, the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area is where I like to call home.
I have had a long career in corporate working for American Express, IBM, and Dell Technologies managing multimillion dollar contracts which has provided me with a wealth of experience in finances, negotiations, leadership, and relationship building.
A good success measure I have had in the past has been the customer satisfaction I have provided. I have achieved this by listening, understanding the issues or concerns that are presented and taking action to rectify those items.
My ability to succeed depends on overachieving your expectations.
