Jason has a long record of successfully utilizing his strong real estate knowledge to acquire land for residential development at cost effective pricing structure. Served as an agent for Carolina Coast and Lakes handling parcel sales and managed 50 plus land consultants in daily sales initiatives. Managed a Million Dollar Marketing campaign and created innovative advertising that created greater market interest and sales. With his strong knowledge of the real estate competitive landscape he has proven to be an invaluable resource for his customers while continuously building customer satisfaction.
Previously, Jason was a licensed Series 65 Financial Advisor for Carolina Wealth Management and grew a strong book of business. Began as the branch manager and quickly move into financial sales. Provided client advice on how to manage assets and supervised daily operations for a leading Invest Advisory Firm.
Jason is a graduate of East Carolina University with a B.S in Business Management. He is married to Jamie and has 2 beautiful daughters, McKinley and Olivia. In his spare time Jason enjoys golf, exercising, the beach and spending time with his family.
