I have been licensed since 1989 and worked in New Home Sales, as a Buyer Agent for a large team, I managed a nationally known Real Estate brokerage, managed a team of top producing agents and sold as an independent agent. My exposure to all types of real estate sales has given me the opportunity to help buyers & sellers from all genres. Helping clients with their largest expenditure is an extremely exciting and rewarding job.
I received my real Estate license in 1989 and 2 years later got my Brokers license in the state of Kansas. I am a lifelong resident of Kansas. I am a partner in the Preston-Strutz Group, so you will have 3 agents at the ready whenever you need us. Our formal office is in Lenexa, KS, however, we primarily office from our cars and homes, so we are ready on the run.
My primary goal is to treat you like family. My emphasis is on educating you about the home buying process and leading you through it. Because I have been licensed since 1989, I have had the pleasure of working with multiple generations within a family.
My husband was a residential builder, so I have lived with the building process for many years and can help guide you through a new build should that be your choice.
The many changes in the industry are reflected in the contract, the negotiating, the inspections and resolutions, warranties, staying on top of the lender, the title company, and to see you through to a smooth signing at the closing table. These are the services I offer you, as my client.
