About Me
Jamie Goodvin is an agricultural based Weld County native. She studied architectural engineering at the University of Wyoming as well as accounting at Aims Community College and proceeded to work as a Realtor through the tough recession market as an auction property expert representing buyers and getting them deals for pennies on the dollar. She is knowledgeable in both long term and short term (fix & flips) investment properties including multi-units, commercial properties, and farm & ranch. For over the last decade, Jamie has spent her early morning hours during irrigation season working as a ditch rider dispersing water rights to local farmers & ranchers. She knows the importance and values of water rights and farm easements. Jamie resides in the rural Eaton area with her husband, daughter, and son. She is very much involved in her community and enjoys volunteering with the local school district and the local chamber of commerce. Jamie has also served on the Greeley Area Realtors Association (GARA) Board of Directors since 2017. Whether you're a first-time home buyer, looking for your first investment property, trying to buy or build your dream home, or a seasoned investor working with 1031 exchanges, Jamie has the knowledge and experience to guide you through the process.
