After years of investing in properties in Baltimore County, Carroll County and on the Eastern Shore, Rhiannon decided to take that experience to the next level by assisting people through the process of listing their current home or finding the home of their dreams! Rhi is well aware that real estate is a great investment, but a home is the epicenter of the family and people buying and selling their homes becomes emotional. Guiding her clients through the process motivates Rhi and brings her a great sense of fulfillment.
For the last 25 years Rhiannon has worked in the New Construction and service industry specializing in mechanical and plumbing construction sales, service and installation. She has an extensive understanding of City and County regulations and requirements and permitting. Through her time in this field, Rhi has gained a comprehensive understanding of contract negotiation and project sales. Rhiannon Wilson is a driven, responsive, professional - willing to work hard, with integrity and commitment that translates easily into the real estate market.
In her free time, Rhiannon enjoys being a mom to her four kids, gardening and planning vacations where everyone can let down from their crazy schedules and activities to make memories together.
