For over 25 years, James Milloway has been in the business of real estate, first
managing shopping centers on the West Coast and in Central Florida prior to
transitioning into residential sales in 2011. Today, his clients continue to benefit from his
early knowledge gained from a commercial background of development, management,
and leasing. James comes from a real estate family. His father was a location selector
for a major retailer who subsequently went into the development business. It was this
evolution that brought James and his family to Florida, where he was raised on
beautiful La Gorce Island in Miami Beach, FL. For the past 20 years, James has been a
resident of West Palm Beach’s Waterfront SoSo community.
