About Me
Hello my name Ilianna Vanessa Cuellar, I love being called by my middle name Vanessa I feel its convenient for every culture with pronunciation. I have a son Lalito that keeps my day very busy, been married for 14 years and family is everything to me. My family has been very supportive and encouraged me to fulfil my dreams to become a Real Estate agent. I got licensed & became an agent in October of 2021. I've always been a people person, it has helped me exceed in every job position I've obtained. I recently earned my GRI designation, and I am currently working towards more. Knowledge and education are what makes me a unique person, if i don't know I will investigate and get a response. I am also part of the Education Committee with the Laredo Association of REALTORS®. I am bilingual and can fluently speak and write ENGLISH & SPANISH, born and raised in a border city has made it a must!! I love helping and being involved in activities to help the community.
