Stepping into real estate with integrity and passion, I'm committed to making transactions seamless, positive and cordial for everyone involved. Driven to help buyers/sellers unlock their own versions of success, I bring an understanding of the local market, as well as the “je ne sais quoi” of tailored marketing. My goal is to leverage that to not just position my customers for success but ensure they feel confident through the exciting and sometimes intimidating chapter of their lives. Hailing from a small town in VA, I made Spring Hill my home years ago. With having defied the survival stats as a 90's micro preemie, I was ultimately inspired to become an EMT. Though a former profession, it was one of the most rewarding, growth-rich experiences I've had. Bringing that to the RE scene, I want to blend my fighting spirit, my ambition to find diamonds among rocks and my love for networking with all walks of life to not just meet expectations but exceed them every time. From listings as a sellers agent to closings on the buyer side, my goal is to not only be an agent but a lifelong mentor and friend along the way too. Making meaningful connections and forming good-faith relationships is important to me. Another core goal is to empower my customers with unbiased insights so they can make the best-educated decisions for themselves. In addition to my keen negotiating skills and calling for helping people in their most vulnerable of times, is what can give them the confidence needed for their own unique real estate journey. In the end, their successes are my successes, my customers always come first. I stay up to date with the current market trends and stay proactive. That said, when I'm not working, you can often find me going on evening walks around our neighborhood with my 2 dogs, collecting shells at the beach, planning/hosting parties (I have a knack for balloon arches now!), being a mom to 3 kids ages 6 and under, and of course, spending time with my family.
