About Me
As a resident of Punta Gorda, and member of one of the original pioneer family’s of this community, Hannah Wotitzky believes in this area and the quality of life of her fellow neighbors within it. Hannah is the Owner and Principal Designer of Haven Design & Development located in Punta Gorda, Fl. She attended Ringling College of Art & Design where she graduated in 2011 with her BFA in Interior Design . Following graduation she gained experience from fellow Designers, Architects, and Builders within the Residential and Commercial Design industries.
Haven Design & Development was established in 2016 and specializes in Full-Service Residential Interior Design, including new construction builder services, renovations, space planning, material/design specifications, digital renderings, decorating and staging. Her experience and education in design gives her a unique insight in the functionality and potential of properties for investment.
It has been through Interior Design that Hannah became interested in Real Estate and how the two services can be combined to better serve the people in her community. Hannah attained her Florida Real Estate License in 2015 to gain a further understanding within that industry. Because of this experience, Haven Design & Development, offers a customized home buying, building, and renovation experience!
