All roads pointed to Ginger ending up in the real estate business. After extensive traveling worldwide and living in Portland, Oregon, she ended up settling back in Wisconsin. Being raised in Lake Mills herself and with lots of family around, it was a no-brainer as to where to raise her children. With a graphic design degree from UW-Madison Ginger began working at different printing companies in Madison, not ever finding the right amount of challenge. At night she would troll the internet looking at houses for sale, seeing the potential in them, and wondering what the houses sold for. Eventually she got her real estate license and the rest is history.
In real estate Ginger has had a lot of success. She has bought and sold plenty of real estate and understands how stressful and exciting it can be. The worst thing is not knowing and she always pledges to her clients “As soon as I know anything, you will!” She loves helping people, educating clients about the process, and loves home projects, so selling real estate is a perfect fit. In 10 years she has done more training and earned more designations than most agents complete in their entire career. When she isn’t working she is hanging with her lovely blended family at their house out in the country. Her husband Josh is a City of Madison Firefighter/Paramedic and they have three kids Gibson 15, Ruby 13, Pierce 13 and 2 German Shepherds, Siegfried and Ryder.
