When Francine Fields arrived on the east coast of Florida in 2018, she immediately studied and passed her Brokers Real Estate test and received her license. She has also been licensed in NY, CA and NV. Francine has since moved to the west coast of Florida and has been enjoying her new life here.
Francine's background has been in fashion, accounting, property management, sales, interior decorating, reorganizing and decluttering in addition to an owner of a senior move management company which helps seniors downsize and move into an independent or assisted living community. Francine had worked for a large referral company and believes she can give that great "referral/relocation" service to her clients. She find that all of her past skills come in handy when helping her clients.
Francine, in addition to helping customers buy or sell in Florida, has found the time to create, own and manage a Staging Company in which she can utilize all her skills: downsizing, decluttering, reorganizing, and redesigning. She believes that her customers will need this service when they are ready to sell their homes. Statistics show that your home will sell in less time, for more money.
In Francine's spare time, you will find her writing her first book, taking electric organ lessons and working out at the gym. She loves yoga and finds that it keeps her grounded. Francine has one daughter and one granddaughter who live out of state.
They always say if you want something done, ask a busy person. Francine is a busy person. Her motto is " first impressions count." Francine does not need to be the no. 1 realtor in Florida. Her outstanding customer service skills is defined as "the customer is no. 1.
