Evelyn Garcia is dedicated to simplifying the complicated steps of selling, buying or renting in New York & New Jersey. The feedback she has received from all of her clients is proof of her efficacy. Evelyn was raised in the Inwood section of Manhattan and has lived in Riverdale, Yonkers, and currently in Chelsea. She is intimately familiar with all of the great New York & Westchester neighborhoods. She also holds a Master’s degree in Social Work. Her experience as a counselor has given her the innate ability to listen to clients’ needs and guiding them through every step of the purchase or sale process until the deal is complete. She believes in the concept of a property being not only a home but an investment and will work tirelessly and creatively to bring about the best deal and an optimal result. Evelyn Garcia brings a wealth of experience and understanding to the challenges of navigating a real estate transaction and loves supporting her clients through this process.
