About Me

I’m a native of East Tennessee and have made my permanent home in Sumter. After some encouragement from my amazing parents, I left Tennessee and joined the Air Force when I turned 19. I have been very fortunate to live all over the world. My military career brought me to Sumter, in 2013. I thought I would be here a couple years, and then head back overseas. But, as most stories go, boy meets girl, and everything changes. I met my beautiful wife here in Sumter and after 8 years here, we decided it was time for me to retire and make this our forever home. I fell in love with the people, the cost of living, and the location. After 21 years of traveling around the world and serving this great nation, I have learned a lot about who I am and how to interact with folks from every walk of life. Some of the best lessons I learned and sharpened in the military are loyalty, respect, compassion and empathy. My military background and small-town upbringing led me to my purpose in life: To help others as much as possible. One of the biggest decisions most people make in their life is to buy a home for their family. It can be scary because of the financial commitment, but education from a trustworthy source can turn that fear into excitement and lead to a better financial future. I would love the opportunity to help guide you through that process, take the worry away from you and help you see a brighter future. I love people, I love helping people, and I care more about my reputation and perception than I do about money. I would love the opportunity to earn your business and make a new friend. If you’re ready to buy or sell, I would love to help. If you just want to bounce some questions and ideas off of a professional with no commitment, I’m always available. It’s never too early to plan ahead. Think about this: The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the second-best time is today. I want to help you any way I can and will stay the course for as long as it takes.
