Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Erv Bordner. I am a Remax agent and by you being here, I hope to be your agent!! Let me give you a little history of my journey. I grew up in Texas for the majority of my youth. It wasn't until 1996, that I decided to relocate to Georgia. I already had family roots established in the Savannah area. It did not take long before, I too, became a resident of Savannah, Georgia.
After working in the food/beverage industry for several years, I realized I needed a change in my life. I credit a fellow Realtor whom sold me my first house to convince me to give real estate a try. It did not take long to realize what my new passion in life was. I have enjoyed every minute of being a Realtor since I obtained my license back in 2004. I have been recognized as a premiere agent in the Savannah, GA. area and surrounding counties. I have been awarded numerous awards for my achievements in my profession.
I work with both buyer's and sellers. Helping buyers find their "Dream Home" or helping Seller's get the most out of their home when they are ready to sell. Either way, I enjoy putting smiles on buyers and sellers faces. My motto is "I work for you"!
I specialize in New Construction, Foreclosures, Resales, Short Sales, Military Relocation(Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield) and Corporate Relocation. I have a special place in my heart for our military men and women. The sacrifices they make daily, gives me the opportunity to live in this country we all love and do the job that I love to do. Whether at home or abroad, I will do what I can to make their home buying experience memorable.
