About Me
I'm Erica Franzel, a licensed REALTOR at RE/MAX Professionals. I serve the Denver Metro area, helping clients buy and sell their homes with the highest level of service.
Born and raised on Maui, I came to Colorado to attend college and have lived in Southwest Denver for almost 25 years. Prior to my career in real estate, I worked as a corporate IT Project Manager and ran a small business with my husband. I'm also the busy mom of three boys and enjoy attending their many activities, exercising, and traveling to new places.
For me, real estate is all about being able to help people. I love being able to walk people through the complexities of buying or selling a home, making them comfortable throughout the process.
