Ellysa Marino has been southern California resident for over 20 years and most recently has relocated to south county to the city of Dana Point where she works on Del Prado in the Lantern Village District. As a real estate agent Ellysa has brought her knowledge and roots in the southern California community to REMAX TerraSol where she offers her clients a unique mix of local area expertise as a realtor and her combined years of experience in her loan document signing business. Ellysa has been a business owner since 2004 when she started her own loan signing business specializing in real estate closing documents. Ellysa says “the benefit of my experience allows me to educate and guide my clients at a higher level from contract to closing.” Ellysa’s mix of experience has led to hundreds of successful closings for her clients over the years.
