About Me
A native Floridian from South Miami, Ellen relocated to St. Petersburg after
graduating from Florida State University. Ellen is happy Pinellas County
is her home. Residing in Palm Harbor since 2001, she enjoys
sharing the wonders the Tampa Bay lifestyle offers with all of her clients.
Ellen began her real estate career as a property appraiser, providing her with
the knowledge to value residential property. She also became familiar
with the nuances of the local market and is familiar with the different
areas of Pinellas County. Ellen has also had the
opportunity to work with some of the area's leading luxury developers
in sales. She has represented 15 projects and has gained an
appreciation and knowledge of the construction process and new home
sales.
But Ellen's journey in real estate is not just defined by her professional accomplishments. She is also a tenacious breast cancer survivor, displaying incredible strength and resilience. Ellen's battle with breast cancer has taught her the value of determination and perseverance, qualities she brings to every real estate transaction. Her personal triumph over adversity is a testament to her unwavering commitment to her clients and her community.
As an agent with RE/MAX Metro, Ellen brings a wealth of experience with all
types of properties: waterfront, golf course, condo, townhouse, and single-family
homes. With her varied experience and multiple sales designations, she can
provide her clients with competence with her market knowledge and
negotiation skills to get the sale and close the deal!
When she’s not with clients or working on a transaction, Ellen volunteers with
the My Fairy Godfather’s Foundation, helping women in need. She also enjoys
cooking, shopping, and yoga. A recent empty-nester, she resides in Palm Harbor
with her husband, two cats, and a new puppy, Molly. Ellen truly embodies the
spirit of resilience, compassion, and dedication in both her personal and professional life.
