About Me

Beth Foutch with ReMax Choice Properties has been an agent in Sumner Association of REALTORS® since 2012. Beth, and her husband, David also own Foutch Family Construction Inc., and have been in the Residential Building Business since 2003. Beth received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Belmont University and worked in the accounting industry for 25 years. She enjoys working with Sellers and Buyers to help educate and support them through the selling and buying process. Beth is actively involved with in Sumner Association of REALTORS® and over the last three years with Women’s Council of Realtors®, holding the title of President for 2017 and 2018. Beth is native Nashvillian and since 1991 called Sumner County her home. Additionally, she is involved in numerous organizations in the Sumner County area, such as: Treasurer for the Tennessee United Soccer Club and Hendersonville High School Soccer Club, along with the Women’s Club of Hendersonville. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, paddle boarding, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
