Denise Fair, co-owner of RE/MAX Centex in Waco, is no stranger to the real estate business. Not only is she an accomplished and experienced REALTOR, she has also demonstrated her entrepreneurial, management, and people skills by being named RE/MAX of Texas Broker/Owner of the Year in 2012 and again in 2014. Denise offers a perspective to the industry that is unique among her colleagues. She also serves as Senior Escrow Officer of Walt Fair, PLLC and has closed thousands of transactions in her career with the firm. Denise is recognized as the “go-to” escrow professional in McLennan County, Texas for her efficient management of residential, commercial, short-sale, and tax-free exchange transaction settlements. She has exploited her dual career path with a proficiency typical of her work ethic, benefitting sellers, buyers, and lenders alike. Moreover, as a paralegal, her proficiency in real estate, agency, and contract law better enable her to work with her clients and other REALTORS from the contractual stage of complex transactions through settlement and disbursement. Denise enjoys mentoring new agents at RE/MAX Centex and stresses the importance of hard work, honesty, and integrity in the workplace. Denise and her husband, real estate attorney Walt Fair, have four daughters and reside on their ranch in Valley Mills, Texas.
