About Me
David J. Beam is a Florida State Licensed Realtor working in Brevard County. He lives in Barefoot Bay with his wife, Rachel. Both grew up on Long Island in New York where David worked as a credit analyst and commercial lender for a large bank in New York City. Since moving to Florida, fifteen years ago, he changed careers from banking to real estate where he worked as the manager of a small real estate office on Cudjoe Key. This is where he became interested in the real estate business. He had been on the financial side of real estate transactions while in banking but never saw the exciting work it took to sell someone’s beloved home or find a buyer the home of their dreams. David was recruited to help run a large residential condominium association in the Lower Keys. There he earned his Community Association Management License and learned all about the workings of a residential community. With his background in finance and community management, it was an obvious choice for him to attain a real estate license. He enjoys working at RE/MAX Crown Realty because of the team they have to assist in getting transactions completed in a timely and efficient manner, with customer service being the utmost priority.
