About Me
David has a desire to help make a difference in people’s lives through assisting in home ownership decisions. Real estate has always been a passion of his where he would study local markets as a hobby even before becoming an agent. He holds a SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation to assist those in the 55+ space craft strategies for the future home living decisions. He also works closely with individuals who are looking to invest in real estate to generate passive income through rentals. Owning three investment properties himself, and managing the entire process from tenant acquisition to day to day, he is well positioned to provide the guidance investors are looking for.
Prior to starting his real estate business, David had 35 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, the last 25 of which were spent with The Coca-Cola Company. During that time David was able to gain deep insights into marketing, strategy development and negotiation. He holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota.
