A Kentucky native, Dave has called Lexington home since 2004. He purchased his first real estate investment property after graduating high school at the age of 18 and quickly began learning how to work on and fix up homes. From painting to drywall to tile and more, Dave spent the next ten years flipping single family homes to fund his rental portfolio. Though much of his manual labor days are over, it’s his hands on experience that gives his clients a competitive edge.
